Every CalmEarth order ships directly from India, the traditional home of Ayurveda — sourcing at origin is what lets us bring you authentic herbs at honest prices. Here is exactly what to expect after you order.
📦Order Processing Time
All orders will be shipped from INDIA and processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

We ship internationally using trusted postal and courier services, including India Post Registered Airmail and DHL, depending on the destination.
Note: A signature may be required at the time of delivery for certain shipments.

Delays, Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number. In rare cases where a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will assist in resolving the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. CalmEarth is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Refunds
Any refunds regarding shipping, if applicable, will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy and issued to the original payment method only.
